Not really :( Just hoping it is gonna go soon. I'm shaking like mad. If it carries on much longer I'll take something and go to bed. Thanks for asking :)

Why do you get panic attacks at home?

I don't get them at home that often - it is usually whilst out, but I do just get the odd random one. Don't know why - doesn't seem to be any logic to it.

There will be somewhere, something you are thinking about, something that is happening round you.

Ain't nothing going on - I'm sat here alone, doing nothing. Only thing is I want a drink. Do I want a drink cos I'm panicking though? Hehe, I don't know.

Yes I suspect you do want a drink because you are panicking, I do too when I have a panic attack.
Then I started to get panic attacks because I was drinking, including the next day.

So you think there is always a cause to panic attacks? I never used to get them, only really started getting them when I started my last lot of medication. Argh, why does everything in life have to suck? lol
