    Eating don't make the feeling go away though :( Still not found anything to fill that hole, just a case of riding it out. I'm so glad I poured most of my drink away!

    Thank you Jayne :) I'm just pleased that I can fight these cravings a little - wasn't too long ago that when one hit me, I'd drink, even if it was 8am lol. Just gotta keep saying "Its just a craving, it'll pass"

    Yeah, I know its crazy, but it does work and the craving will go away, even if you forget that at the time.
