Feeelinggood, you are going round the same old path. As lewt says, read some of your old posts, you are just repeating the same situation again and again. Do you see that?

There has been lots of posts recently about whether we CAN or CANNOT drink. Personally, I CAN drnk. That was my trouble. Boy could I drnk. What I could or still cannot do is drink with safety. Sometimes I could drink and apparently get away with it. Most of the time I couldn't. again my problem was that I had no advanced knowledge if this was going to be one of the times I was or wasn't going to get away with it. I always presumed that this time i would be fine.
I decided to bypass this argument as to whether I could or couldn't drink ant I decided that I did not WANT to drnk. A simple little thing but it made it a lot easier for me.
    Something Really Interesting

I know I'm going the same path Al Mac, but believe me, I really am trying to change. I just need a bit of help you know?
Got thru today without a drink, going to keep trying.

that feelinggood is what is takes strength, and i know i am with you in that, that is so difficult to find sometimes. The strength to be able to say enough...god you have not been able to shut me up today, i apologise i just never ever had a chat like this before. Makes me feel normal...... The thing that scares me is that i can relate to all you say...so begining to think the worst about my drinking..
