I should think thats the mental obssion your feeling. which makes us pick up the first one the real no holds barr craving comes on after we've had one. that uncontrollable urge to stop.
2-3 bottles of wine not much?? as beer said:rolleyes:
Ps maybe to remind your self why you should read back over the posts you've posted some times the cringe factor is enough to take your mind off it. however you know recovery is waiting in the rooms for you dont you....If i upset you don't stress, never forget that god aint finished with me yet.0 -
Right now it just feels like its the only thing that will make me feel better, even though I know that it won't. I prefer it when I pretend I haven't got a problem - then I'm allowed to drink.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

I know one of the problems talked about is having the first drink, I find that very very true, but also for me its buying the first drink. Like supermarket drink.
Just come back from work and passed Aldi, they have a special on some beer I think I would like, if I got some, I probably would drink it tonight, even though I know I've got to get up at some unimaginable time tomorrow morning.
Its hard but not having the stuff around, makes a big difference to me.
ps I did have a good look at the bottle, looked lovely“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0 -
I'm finding it hard atm - i'm sat next to the fridge, which has an open bottle of wine in it.
