There was something similar in this morning's paper Al, I doubt if much will result from it though Probably a statement from some junior minister who'll have forgotten all about it 5 minutes later :rolleyes:

Been very remiss in the Sunday hymn singing and as its been a very hot few days I decided on this one

Well today was a bit of a strange one.

My folks came to visit, my Ma's birthday.

Anyway first time the subject has really been mentioned, since that day, 77 days ago:eek: My dad says he stopped drinking that night Or to put it another way, reckons he hardly drinks at all:o

He didn't actually say, but gave me the impression he feels as if its his fault:cool:

I'm not sure how much was wishful thinking on my part, but if me confessing all has actually helped my dad, it cant have been all bad;)

Oh yes, on Saturday, the MIL, who has no idea I have a problem, just pointed out that I didn't drink much:eek: So probably wouldn't want an alcoholic drink for lunch:o

Now that is scarey, that in just 11 weeks, her opinion has changed so much, it was always me who was asked red or white:o Now only considered as not interested in what we have:cool:

Note to self, you're the only one posting:eek: But I don't think I care;)
