Been a bit remiss and not posting on this thread for a few days, I blame the BB thread :rotfl:

Anyway its Thursday and just to say hello to ac before she goes out :j

i no im an alcoholic and use to drink for any excuse
and most nights didnt have one.......

but i also drank on my emotions.....
if something happened i didnt like, a kind of
'wave, feeling, over-whelming urge' came over me and
it 'made' me feel that needed/wanted a drink.....

that feeling now has subsided...maybe even controlled....

over the past few weeks LOADS of things of happened to me
and the waves have come and then gone.......

now i dont even get the 'waves' hitting me.....

my mind nos it has nooooooooooooooooooooo intentions
wotsoever to have a drink........
and at the end of the day..... its me who makes that judgement..

still getting the 'lost' feelings most nights , but
i no as the night goes on the 'lost' feeling will
subside .

I know a bit about it hun, I hit the vodka to get away from life and emotions and all the other stuff I could never handle

just wanted to let others no...

that this 'urge' can be over come..

and i hadnt even noticed it missing....

been doing a kind of self analysing thing on myself
(cant help it.. i no its not good for me to do it)

and it kind of just hit me....

WOW... havent had the 'wave'... when things/people have got
too me.......
it just disappeared without me knowing xx
