o well here goes nothing...

ive had the worst day so far....

it started off not feeling too good las night & did my usual
fell asleep on the couch at 10pm.....

woke up this morning feeling worse.......
(it feels like a donkeys gone to town on my back)
must be my kidneys !!
well it started with my kidneys and now it hurts everywere..

im that tired i took to my bed this pm... OH isent amused...
i could actually go back asleep now..
ive been pushing fluids intake all week....theres noway
i can get anymore down... not the way my back hurts anyway xxx

im just really really peed off.......

if i EVER go back to alcohol can someone come and give me
a right good slappin please
