ac - write this down and when you go to see your GP on Friday, just hand him/her the notes, that will be the opening you have been searching for to be able to discuss your success at overcoming your urges for alcohol.
The tiredness is only to be expected while your body is recovering, so just be gentle with yourself. You have done fantastically well and your GP will be able to give you further support in terms of the physical aspects.

up date...

fell asleep on couch last night at 10... woke up at 7 30

did school run and stuff came home and took to my bed :eek:
OH not amused but i just couldnt do anything else....
slept till 2 30...could have done longer but had to collect sprogs
dossed off on couch about 6 30 whilst listening to eldest reading his book

on the whole now my body dosent feel to bad... but the tiredness is overwelming... bought some complan/ buildup stuff and some
dextrose energy sweets :rolleyes: ... nearly ate the whole packet :eek:
watch me not be able to go asleep tonight :rotfl:
and when i go the meeting tomorrow ill be as high as a kite
they'll thing ive gone on the someut else :rotfl: :rolleyes:

went asleep in me own bed at 12 30......
woke at 5...... been up and at it since :eek:
there is only so much house work that can be done without
waking the entire house up......
soooooooooooo i now have perfectly painted toe nails !!! :rolleyes:
body feels alot better...
heads still abit wishy washy..:rolleyes: but
im awake !!!!!!
