this withdrawel is as bad as the last time .....

the only thing wots different this time.. is that
i didnt go through 'whole body shakes'
like last time........

i really cant remeber feeling this ill the last time, for this long :o:o

Could be a good move hun , the only time a GP is unlikely to help is if you restart drinking bigtime again.

a big part of me wants to tell the GP....

but theres a small part of me that dosent want it on my records ..

but if they dont no....
how are they suppost to help me ...
but if they do no.. wot can they do... im already going AA meetings
