ac, fwiw, i think you should def class it as your second meeting.
at any sort of meeting, you should always hope to have acheived someting by going, so lets look at some of the things you acheived on the last meetind date:
you had the willpower to go
you found the venue
you contemplated the issues (to go in, or not to go in)
you were able to make considered judgement
you have been able to reflect on the issues raised (even if they were your own issues)
so, i think your last meeting was very constuctive, so i'd say go again, whatever the outcome, some good is bound to come out of it, but you won't know what that "good" could be unless you push your boundaries.
thinking of you,xx.

Counsellor told me I needed to arrange to see one of the AA type groups, before our final session0

Lots of gardening to do today, fantastic weather here. Really does perk you up, nice weather.
Had three hours sleep gp, thats enough for me for a few days, but then I'll need a good rest afterwards.
Al, I don't know what to say, let us know when you decide what or when you are going to do.
ac Making that phone call is going to be hard, but when you do, someone will come and meet you outside as mich has said, it wil make it easier.

When I said see, I mean contact. My guess as part of his job he has to be able to say I'm not doing nothing. I know he does have to report me if he thinks I'm dangerous0

It's glorious weather here as well, don't have a garden though. And I'm sitting indoors in front of a computer
Maybe your counsellor is on target based pay  You could never be dangerous Al:j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0 -
He's only dangerous to himself
In all seriousness.
Is this self harm? asked this before I think, can't remember what we came up with.“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0 -

It's probably classed as self harm these days. People seem to like putting neat labels on everything now
Glad you didn't say self abuse though :eek: :rotfl::j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0 -
Danger to myself. Has to report it to my doctor, not work, even though they are paying.0

I like it when other people pay for something
Well I'm sitting indoors, looking at the garden
Shame you haven't got a garden mich, its very stress busting, well apart from the weeds.
I think we all like a bit of self abuse, well I know Al does“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0
