hi all!

hope you don't mind me popping in in me nightie, but couldnt sleep, and decided to get up for a bit.

thought i was getting over everything, and, in alot of respects, i still am, but i'm starting to realise that its only as you start to heal that your emotions start to come back.

i havnt been able to cry for years, everything was beyond crying about, and i just couldnt physically do it. now things are healing, and its as if my body is telling me that in order to finish healing, i have to let go of all the bad stuff thats still hiding inside. i came really close to tears when i began to feel that today, but not close enough. it will happen, think i've got to go through a dip, before i can rise out of it all.

sorry to be so philosophical at this hour of the morning.

you all seem to be on the up again, al and mich, you are both doing so well, this is like a power struggle for the oscar - hope you both win:A

Don't worry about not going in hun, it took me 6 attempts to make the initial phone call when I tried AA, never mind actually go to meeting

beer, how the heck you survive on so little sleep is beyond me..........but then again, i suppose the fact that i'm old enough to be someones granny has something to do with it;)
