Evening, everyone asleep, or were you watching Martin on the telly and can't be bothered to get up?
No problems for me this evening, still eating too many pringles, but the alternative is worse.
The doctor said I'd done well today and it was a matter of working out what my trigger point was, which I've been thinking about and its sort of what we've been saying for a long time.
I think mines stress, or being unhappy, but I think I've started to deal with both without resorting to the bottle. Keep chipping away I suppose.
Still got beer in the fridge, still not had any, if I'd been smoking I would have done, just one with a fag etc.........then one more, blah blah.
This is a world record for me, beer for 4 nights in the fridge and none drunk.“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0 -
Know what you mean about stress, that's always been my trigger:j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0

But you've been off V for a while now mich, so you must be finding a way to deal with it?“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0

Not too sure how though beer
. Started off with a bit of willpower and now I'm being bloody-minded because I don't want to go down to 0 again
Made me more bad-tempered though:j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0 -
As I look at it, being bad tempered is acceptable sometimes, I'm that way sometimes atm, I'm sure we all are.
Its like my pringles eating, I hope in time it will die down, once I've used them to take my mind off drinking.
Otherwise I get a pringles addiction and you become a bad tempered old git ...................... and tbh I can't see either happening“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0 -
Mrs Mac just been questioning me about how I feel. Apparently I seem a little irritable
Told her to shut her face, I'm never irritable:D
To be honest she has a point. I think when drinking I was irritable more often and less controlled, but over it quickly. Now it's just a bit of backgroud. Sounds worse, but not sure it is. Now I'm confused
Used to eat savory when drinking, hardly ever ate sweat, now reversed, bit concerned about my girth. Hoping the calorie intake hasn't changed made.
My nervous state tends to help my digestion. Don't think the nerves will ever go:mad:
Feeling OK on the whole.
Can't remember if I have 1 or 2 more sessions to go. Do think it's probably done as much as it can for me. 50% of which was stating the bl33ding obvious, even though I hadn't seen it.
Probably heading for an early night, do seem to be more tired at the moment0
