Morning again, been to the doctors, going to live for another week apparently.

Told him about how the drinking is going, I think he was suprised I'd actually managed to cut down so much. Get the feeling alot of people say they will, but not many do it........I dunno could be wrong, just how it came over.

Monday mornings without hangovers ac are wonderful, I like them. I was able to drive little one to nursery with no problems, she was really excited because she likes going in my van. Could talk to staff there not worrying I was stinking of beer or cider. A good start to the day.
Still not smoking.

Shirl, you can get there again, but you've got to get back that drive you had to make you stop at the beginning. Its still going to be hard work and thats not easy babes.

ive come to the conclusion ...

im now at the end of the road with just one lane that leads off...

theres no going back... i dont want to...... not the way i was....

Well Mrs sensible, good, I look back at the way I was and its painful, I don't want to go back there either, same as you, I've come on too far.

if you are a woman, like you say you are and the road ahead is only straight on, then going backwards is going to be difficult for you anyway. We all know women can't drive backwards.
