ac, you've got to be a bit easier on yourself, its not easy giving up drink and you've got to accept its not going to be and you're going to feel like crap alot, you know that, so stop beating yourself up for things that you have no control over.

slept on couch till 2 30....

Nope, I was embaressed when the OH took all the empty tubes into the little ones nursery and she said very proudly to all the staff...........daddys! they're daddys

Steps 2 to 5 from the counsellor

1 and 6 I introduced myself;) To be honest it used to be just step 1, but I had to fit the others in somewhere:o
