Morning everyone.
ac, you know you need help and you have repeatedly admitted you have a problem and you have guts for doing that, all credit where credits due ac, you know you have a problem and you want to beat it. The fact you are having a problem doing so, is less about your ability and more about the millions of other people around the world who can't do it either, if it was easy all the people who want to stop, would have done.
We are all different and we all need different help and support. You have to find whats right for you.

Personally I think you are facing up to your problem, you just can't beat it by yourself, nothing to be ashamed of.
I bet there are people reading this who dare not post on here and still carry on drinking all the time, I don't think you're any better than them, but I do think you've reached out for help, even if its only on this little online thread.“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.”0 -

:T hear, hear!
when you look around at the many people who want help, and the few people that go to AA, you can see its not an easy thing to do, if it was, everyone would already go there, so credit to you ac for having the courage to get this far.x.
hi to all, i'm having a really busy time at work, inspection coming up  , so making sure everything goes as smooth as poss for that.
mrs mac al!:rotfl: .dont knock her, she sounds like a brill lady, as you know, i gave up on my oh, but at least my tesco weekly shop was only £4.64. so you cant have it both ways al, whaddya want, yer woman or yer money:rotfl:
glad everyone seems quite upbeat at the moment, think a bit of sunshine has something to do with it.
had oh for tea last night (he didnt taste too good:rotfl: ) things not too bad if i can catch him before hes had a drink. he asked me to cut his hair for him too,........those scissors................no, be good i kept telling myself;)
