i have.....

ive come along long way to were i was.....

and as long as i keep and eye on things.... will never go back there....

i needed the 4 weeks clear.. to get my system clean.....

i really dont think i can go any further

I've come a long way, I can't look back and recognise that person I was when I started. But I'm not there yet.
Mentally I'm a lifetime away from where I was, alcohol wise a whole lot better.

I could be back where I was in a week, no problem. But no matter what life throws at me, I'm not going back.
