colliers wood wasn't as good as i'd hoped the kids section was very poor, the home bits like candals and vases seemed ok, didn't get to see the women's or mens clothes.
think i'll wait in the hope they do another 20% off day near xmas.0 -
Just got a bit antsy with their customer services team by email ! Ordered my goodies last night as the sale prices were appearing, but, as others noticed, items were disapearing from beneath our noses. My lovely ruby rose cushion was confirmed as 1 available, confirmed my order, got the confirmation email. Being the cynic that I am with t'internet shopping during sales, I checked my order again at lunchtime and all items were classed as in stock. Got an email mid-afternoon to advise that it was now out of stock. I've mailed them for an explanation about this stock control bermuda triangle and also to get them to explain why, when I bought some schoolwear items, I only got 88p (?!) discounted. I have told them I expect and am in fact looking forward to an explanation. Witch aren't I ?!0

Kingston was pretty rubbish, hardly anything in a size 12 or lower. Very disappointing. Not that I am addicted to M&S but visited the Brooklands store too, seemed to be more there and a much better range of the smaller sizes. Strange there was more in a smaller store.0

Sorry, can't help with out of stock item but I had a similar thing with schoolwear items. I sent an email earlier today and recieved a reply stating that I was only entitled to a discount on delivery, not the whole amount. I have just phoned them and basically, as soon as you order any other item that is not schoolwear you are charged delivery. It depends how many other items you order as to how much discount you receive on the delivery. I have actually cancelled my order as I didn't have anything exciting in my order and just ordered a few bits and bobs to put away. I will buy schoolwear when I'm in the store.
I did point out that it does not make it clear on the site that you will be charged delivery for your other items. I'm sure they're doing it to stop people buying 1 schoolwear item to get free delivery but do feel it is very misleading.0 -
I went to Tamworth this morning and there were so many people with trolleys overflowing with clothes that I suspect the early birds thought it was a very good sale. Luckily I got an online order in last night by 10.30 which is due to arrived tomorrow.0

Hmm, the sale order I placed at 9.30 last night has an expected delivery of 4th August  I forsee problems......0

ordered 10.30PM online yesterday with free delivery tomorrow (£150 spend). Every item is coming which is a first for me shopping at M&S online during a sale. I expect problems again at Christmas!
On a side note, anyone living near an M&S outlet should give them a go (who is of normal size, i.e. not tall or fat, otherwise its slim pickings). I went to one at lunch time and their formal shirts were cheaper than any M&S online sale shirt. Worth noting that the M&S outlet isn't doing a sale per say, its just cheap.0 -
Is there a free delivery code i can use? I tried the one for nominated delivery if spending over £150, but it didnt work :S0
