I phoned and sent a secure message about the bounced cheque. Got a call back giving the reason about the "stop" on the cheque books, gave them the cheque number and got the £20 credit on the account. Logged on yesterday and noticed also the extra £20 on the Online Saver I got from the late May BH.
With that and not getting a BT fee although done in May, nice one HSBC :rotfl:
Must wait till Aug 1st and the months interest credited before I empty the Online Saver - else I miss out on interest.
