  • Thought I'd just report in with my experience of the 2000pt voucher, now I have got my money for selling the phone (well, almost). After scouring Tesco Direct and CEX, I chose the SE W302 for £53.99, earning a total of 2106 points (+£1.83 cashback tracked).

Sold the phone to CEX online, cheque came in the post today for £33, so net cost to me: £20.99 (or £19.16 if quidco pays) for £21.06 in Tesco vouchers (which I will of course convert to £84.24 in rewards :D)

Happy days! (assuming the cheque clears ;))

Hi, Just thought i'd post about today. Went to tesco for a charger yet Tesco selling phones for £14.97 with 1000 extra clubcard points. The phone is a nokia 1208. Phone is worth £5 through fonebank with £3 or £1.50 cashback through quidco depending if used them before. Great profit if using clubcard rewards. Hope someone benefits from this.

Anyone seen the DVD points coming through online yet? I'm still trying to chase them for points from the September CD offer.

Have to say though that Tesco entertainment is shockingly bad for the following:

    1) Chasing missing clubcard points
    2) Letting you cancel an item, as soon as you try they immediately change the status to "Awaiting Dispatch" and tell you that they cannot cancel it, tried to cancel a game last night and this happened, estimated dispatch date "After 6 weeks from 6th January"
    3) Dealing with returns (in the case of a DVD which they couldn't even manage to cancel themselves in spite of me trying to cancel it 6 days before it was actually dispatched!)

Tesco Entertainment is just shocking for anything  Lots of us have had orders cancelled last night, then look online and find the item still for sale, but £4 more expensive - not the 1st time this has happened.
    Now proud Mumto3 :j

Now bear with me on this one: I wanted to do the 1000 extra points on Tesco Mobile phones but all the cheap ones for approx £15 are out of stock online and in my local stores so this is what i have done

    Ordered
1 x Tesco mobile Nokia 2330 mobile phone Silver & Black
£24.97 (1 @ 24.97 each) inc delivery to my work address

    I get 1048 points worth £41.92
Then goto Tesco Mobile exchange and immediately exchange the phone for 200 points worth £8 and a £5 voucher

    SO i reckon

    Total Outlay £24.97

    I get back in
    £41.92 in points plus
    £8 in points plus
    £5 voucher
    Total £54.92
    Less £24.97
    "Profit" £29.95

If you dont want to muck about with 200 points and £5 voucher just use MobileExchange for £10 cash for £26.95 "profit"

Try using TopCashback to link through also to Tescos also just in case

Forgive my ignorance, but what's Tesco Mobile Exchange and where can you link to it from?

I've just checked my balance online and it's only £6.50 so I can't think that the 500pts from the last cd offer are in there, even taking into account getting vouchers in November. Can anyone else tell if they have had theirs?

With the last offer of 500 points for CDs back in the summer they never showed on my points balance- but on the statement they DID show, so I wouldn't worry until you get the Feb statements through as they'll probably go directly onto that.
