Bank-smart now charging me!

I have the same problem. Appreciate any help. I have emailed to ask for evidence what they have done for £293 even though my 1 claim was unsuccessful. They wrote to me initially i did not contact them.

Not read through all of this thread.
Just had a letter off Bank Smart re a loan / remortgage application (neither of which we have done!) and registering a claim re mis-sold PPI previously.

I assume Bank Smart = scammers / con men?
If so what they've sent can go in bin.

I have been ripped off by banksmart they claim to have over £2000 waiting for me yet I have recieved nothing apart from 26 emails everymonth wanting money off me how do these theives get away with it I am as much to blame to think that there may be genuine people out there to help people who are struggling how wrong was I total trust all gone

Hi all new member . I have just got a letter from this mob telling me that they are chasing welcome finance for ppi but if they dont get it i will be liable for costs. So in turn i have reported them to the south lanarkshire trading standards,who said they will look into them. This forum has been a great help. Thanks all.

Hi - did you start a claim with them or have you just acted as you can see what they are up to. I am sadly trying to dispute after speaking to MOJ.

Bank Smart They emailed me saying they are going to send in the bailiffs!!! contacted Fraud Squad 0300 123 2040 to check Bank Smart out looks as their Cornwall Address is non existent and the covent garden address is the same they are crooks so the file has gone to the London Police, feel a bit more relieved now, they aren't getting any money from me:j

Got a phone call from these people 2 years ago saying it would cost me nothing to investigate ppi, which I told them I have NEVER had.

Please anyone contact CMC regulator first and let them know about this company
