    I wonder what this company Marlin will say after this and i wonder if any banks will discontinue contracts with them after this. I would be interesting to hear what happens i have to say.

  • The Bank have already sold the debt on, at probably about a third of its value. It makes me laugh somewhat, its not like they are going to lose business, if youve got to the stage where your debt has been sold on, its pretty much certain youll never get credit again, they dont want your business.

    Yeah good point. What gets me is these companies are getting away with this and i doubt much will happen although it should as a result of this program.

    Scumbags - They will make the right noises and carry on as before. When in trouble, I got an ansafone to filter the calls, and insisted that all communications were in writing - They are much more polite in writing.. And stay closer to the law/ rules.
