    Thanks I'll remember that! Though; I wonder though if they'll treat us PAYG customers the same way? We have 4 mobiles working in this house and all use VIRGIN (it being one of the only decent signals you can get around here...and T-Mobile naturally), and we've just had really really terrible experience with them and all of us are going to stop using Virgin. After waiting 3 days over an above the 'One day delivery' they'd promised, (and me taking 3 days off work to await 2 new phones), AND spending an hour on the phone to them (free call thankfully), all they offered in compensation was.......50 mins anytime, any network call!
    .......that wasn't their first offer, though ....the first was....wait for it....

    ......10 lousy minutes!!!

    ....and when the phones DID eventually arrive, they where reconditioned, when we'd paid for NEW phones (£80.00 each)!!
    They're going back to them as soon as they send us the return envelopes! Grrrrr!
