I was certainly damp, even tho I'm not in your neck of the woods..... the wheelie bin the council gives us for rubbish had blown into the pavement - again - and I had to go rescue it.

Hi Lucielle, DD is much better thanks, and the guitar playing and singing is going on most of the evenings. Think were sorted for saturday so fingers crossed and hope its a good night, more important that she enjoys the night.
So gutted after Irelands defeat last night, they so didnt deserve that result. :mad:

Morning everyone at least the rain has finally stopped. I can see the sun trying its best to rise this morning! What a bad few days weather flooding everywhere, we are lucky that we live very high up in themountains but its a problem with school etc. Both schools closed yesterday so kids were delivered back home for the day, they were delighted of course.:rotfl:
Have the two small ones today so hopefully they will entertain each other and not fight too much.
MS wise all going ok and waiting for visa statement on Tues to update sig. Keep thinking of all the things I could buy for christmas if I werent paying so much to dreaded barclaycard, still should be gone by April at this rate, so next christmas should be much easier.

Morning all, a little on the skint side this morning after a nice weekend. DD didnt win the got talent contest on Saturday night, but she played really well and ejoyed the experience. The winner was an older lady who had won lots of kareoke finals she was really good and very experienced so everyone was happy. 2nd place was voted by the audience and was a local girl who had lots of support. The place was so busy we were packed in like sardines so that side of things was uncomfortable, nevertheless we had a nice family meal good food too and enjoyed the evening.
Yesterday we were all so tired as Saturday was such a late night. Have woken with a sore throat today and dont have any childminding so glad really to have some time to myself to catch up with all the jobs that need doing today.
Sunshine and showers today and a bit chilly, hope you all have a good day.
