Morning folks, an easy day today as no small people to look after.
I have started clearing DS2's room, hypno has me motivated, and the fact we have visitors coming for half term too helps!
Off for a coffee and a catch up on the diaries before I tackle any more cleaning.:rotfl:

Got both boys rooms cleared and cleaned yesterday, what a result and boy it makes you feel better! Cant do much today as I have my two small friends here today. Washing out although weather doesnt look too promising. Wanted to get some christmas cards written and then my friend can take them back to Wales for me as she is visiting half term. Thought I'll make use of the visit as this postal strike looks like its definitely on, always seems to be around this time of year hmm. Dont think I'll get many written today though:rotfl:
Made another payment of barclaycard couldn't resist as the rate was 0.90c to the £. Will have to pay a bit in the bank next week to make sure everything gets paid. Still another sucker punch to visa must be surely on the ground now begging for mercy:T
Off to tidy up a bit, will pop back later if I get chance.

Morning everyone, cold and grey here today but so far no rain:T Have my little friends today. Nose is very bloced up today. I have managed to get a lot of christmas cards written and the next pressing item is the tax return. Really wanted to do this online but Im awaiting a password!!! Once that is out of the way I can put my energy into getting organised for christmas. Looks like its just us this year which will be quite nice. Have more clearing out to do and really need to do the office, but that will have to wait until the tax item is done.
Looks like the bank will be ok this month and I have some earnings this week so its nice to have a little back up.
School coat now paid for DS1 and hopefully no more trips etc to find the cash for just yet.

:mad:Just checked my calendar and noticed I'd forgotten all about the bl***y car tax. Never mind hopefully will do that first week of November. Still on the plus side the visa is coming down nicely:T

Been busy last couple of days and want to get the tax return out of the way today!!:eek: I hate it but needs must I'll be sat on my a**e today at the computer. If I get it done I'll finish up with the christmas cards not too many left to get done now. I plan to send a lot back with my friend who is coming over on Sunday.
Got the porch sorted too we had some carpet tiles donated and they are heavy ones so the porch has had a makeover and I put the old blanket box in for all the shoes, so hopefully that'll make life easier. Just wanted it tidy as its the first place you see and looked awful messy with a concrete floor the boiler and then everyones bags/shoes etc. See what youve started hypno, unleashed a monster two bedrooms and a porch:T
No surprises money wise and will update sig tomorrow when barclaycard adds the dreaded interest.

Well the tax return didnt go according to plan. They sent me the p/w but because we havent logged on for ages (as if you need to):rolleyes: we need another number which isnt available or set up until tomorrow:eek: I have the kids tomorrow so no chance of getting it done until the weekend. Last date is 31st so will just have to sort it out asap.
Hope everyone is having a better day than me. At least the rain has gone and the sun is out pity its so late in the day and the washing is soaked on the line!
