A cow snowsuit? Shame they don't do it in DS3's size - he's 17 and has a 'thing' for cows. :rotfl: Plus he never wears warm enough clothes in winter.

Actually, I was wondering what a ganglion was?!:rotfl:
It's a fluid filled lump on your wrist which hurts like I don't know what and restricts your movement. AKA Bible Bumps because one of the old fashioned ways of dealing with them was to thump them with a bible - NB NOT RECOMMENDED! :rotfl:

I'll go and google it in a mo.

Wikipedia - with pictures. Says it could be on your hand or foot.

    Patient.co.uk - no pictures.

Advice for the fainthearted, do NOT click on the images results found when googling for ganglion.

a ganglion is a lump that appears the last time I had it, it was on my hand but this time it's on my foot and doc said it's worse there as the skin is tighter. Anyway it's a lump that appears when the tendon splits and let liquid out to form a bump.

    What is a ganglion?
A ganglion is a small cyst that contains a thick jelly-like material. It looks and feels like a smooth lump under the skin. It is not fully understood how they occur. It is usually attached to a joint or tendon, and the fluid inside is like a thicker version of the fluid which 'lubricates' the joint and tendon sheaths (synovial fluid).

sorry about that. I've had both the classic visible lump on the wrist, and invisible ones. At least that's probably what it was. Apart from darned painful. Cortisone injections anyone? The last one I had was SO painful I decided if it didn't work (as previous ones hadn't!) I wouldn't do it again. Fortunately it worked that time. Can't imagine what it would be like on a foot, apart from darned painful, obviously.
