Other than that I leave him to it!!
Although I did hear him at 4.30am when I had gone to bed drunk at midnight last Saturday - I must have some kind of mummy linkie going on
Oh god - I don't even go in to check on him now!!! I daren't in case I wake him:rotfl:.....it was only the first few days when he was newborn, I used to watch the monitor all night

Benjamin Button... Complete yawnathon I thought! Just watching Observe and Report, thought it would be funny seeing as it's Seth Rogan... But it's pretty pants so far...no
I pretended to get a bit upset but tbh I was relieved to get out of there. Got told that if I wanted to go back afterwards a job was always open for me which was good but so glad I'm not going back there afterwards!
Can u believe my boss spent the collection for me on loads of expensive stuff that I won't use?!!
A £20 jacket for bubs from M&S
£15 hooded towels (which she knew I already had)
£20 on a shower gel, talc (who uses talc) and soap for me in a toiletry bag
over £10 on 2 gift bags to put the stuff in
Only good thing was a bottle of pink champagne!
I am going to return the jacket to M&S cos he won't get the wear out of it to justify £20 and will probably return the towels to Mothercare! I know it sounds bad and like I'm ungrateful but I could use the money far more wisely.feelinggood wrote: »I thought about putting Tobes in his own room, as he was a very noisy sleeper. I went the other way and had him in with me - more for my benefit than his. I'm so nervous, I'd be in and out of his room checking his breathing!
I feel a bit redunant tonight, LO is only feeding every 2.5 hours. I don't know what to do with myself! He is currently asleep on his playmat. Aww!
I think my daughter is a picky eater already... Twice now we've been out for a long time and she's refused to feed and when we came home, even though she was starving she wouldn't feed until I lay down on the sofa with her!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

As for sleeping in their own room - I thought I'd relish her being in her own room - but uhmmm I love having her sleep in our room
I love hearing her breathing and she always wakes up with a huge smile and it makes my morning
I guess it's different because she does tend to sleep through most of the night 98% of the time... although only once has she gone past 6am
I know the day is coming when she needs to go back in her room as the moses basket is getting a little small but I am not looking forward to itDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Glam... you can send me your talc... I use Alexandra's at the moment but uhmm.... it comes in blooming handy between and under the boobies... because they get bigger when full of milk they also get sweaty and horrid and I have had heatrash or something like that a few times between them and it's really uncomfy - so now I put baby powder between and under them in the morning and at night
problem solved
Hooded towels... I have about 6 - and I use all of themTake them back if you don't like them but if you only have one... I'd keep them
Maybe the talc will come in handy them!
Have about 4 towels so will take them back and use the money for some nursing bras.money_maker wrote: »Glam I would do the same and return them. Get something that you will use!!searching_me wrote: »glam id do the same return them and get what yo like or want for bubs x
I intend to - what a stupid waste of money! She also moaned about traipsing round the shops to get the stuff.

right off to bed now - been banished to the spare room as my snoring is unbearable and keeps OH awake all night! Need to get some sleep tonight as I want to try and get lots done tomorrow - including, packing my hospital bag

This is funny, I do go into my big boys...I check they are covered up and kiss them, but then I know they will not wake up, and if they do I am pretty certain they will not start crying at me and possibly not go back to sleep:p With Kai I just keep the monitor near me, it has the temp of the room on it and I know he can't become uncovered as he is in a sleeping bag:D
