• Tara - have PM'd you, you wonderful, gorgeous, wonderful, lady :A

Sparkle - DSS loved it!!! He bought a dinosaur tale that goes around his waist and wore it all the way home...and he was wiggling his bum in it whilst I was trying to feed Benjamin which resulted in too much giggling and not enough feeding

Fritha  I hated being poorly a few weeks ago and spent most of the time in bed where I could ward off the waves of nausea and still feed him. Hope you get better soon hun.

    Hi ladies,

Just a quick note from me to say I am still around!!

We've had a bit of a nightmare week with the Doctor and Caitlin's sticky eye. Those on Facebook might have seen the story, but to cut a long story short, we saw a locum Doctor on Monday and she prescribed the wrong cream for Caitlin's eye  - a cream that isn't to be used in or around the eyes. I only saw the warning on the side of the packet after I'd put some in her eye!

She slept for NINE hours last night!! We have been terrible parents :o and put her in her cot in her own room. She has always hated her moses basket. She's quite a wriggly baby and her arms and legs are always moving around when she's asleep. When they hit the side of the basket, it woke her up. She doesn't have that problem in the cot. She didn't even wake for her last feed last night. Obviously it could have been a one off, but she's been asleep since 7.45 so far :j

The best thing we ever did was putting Benjamin in his own room. We lasted to 12 weeks but would prob do it quicker next time (if there ever is a next time).
I won't say this too loud but the research that says that babies should stay in with mum & dad til 6 months is not fit to be called research....more knee-jerk reactionist nonsense.
Obviously, I am not bothered how long people keep their babies in with them - I just hate it that people are made to feel guilty for a pile of claptrap :o

    about the cream

Fingers crossed for a good night for you ;) in all senses of the word :D

Prolly museum street is the closest for waddling distance, do you need a map? Or are you an ace waddler and don't mind a distance?

Council website says it's only open Weekends - you did send me a map and just found this one which even shows the gardens!

I'm a pretty good waddler - could I park in MFI or Dunelm do you think?

Unfortunately feeding lying down completely breaks my back so I have to ward them off while sitting up :-( Am feeling much much better now though and am about to head up to bed to try and get some sleep in before Herself decides she needs some more milk!

The computer guy at a place I used to work told me that if you have a fake email address at the top of your contacts list (something like aaaaaaaaa@aaaaaaaaaa.com to make sure it stays first on the list, then that email will always fail to be sent, and if it fails then the email itself fails, so your other contacts are safe from the spam emails.

I've no idea if this works on anything but Outlook, or even if it still works on Outlook, but if it helps someone then :)

Ignore the uncle. I've received emails like that from strangers and it just makes them look foolish. Send out a brief apology to everyone, explain that passwords have been changed and put it out of your head.

I've just been reading the news - a woman's laptop was stolen and the burglar used her "remember me" option on Facebook to post status updates as her - "on my new laptop" and "listening to music on my new phone". Hopefully he's not stealing wireless and can be identified from IP logs...

It doesn't work - the mail will hit a mail server where each recipient will be treated individually - so mail to aaaaaa might fail, but the rest will go through...
Good AV software, regular password changes and high security passwords are the only solution sadly...

Weezl - just send you uncle a mail being sickly sweet saying "I'm sure you are aware that our mail account was hijacked, thanks for being understanding about the spam mails that some tea leaf sent out from our account - hope you're well" or something like that :)

Now the question I'd ask is "how did your account get hi-jacked?"

(Used to run the european call centre for one of the biggest AV companies globally ;) )

oooh good job you checked! MFI no longer exists but the car park is still there! Dunelm will apparantly shout at you if you don't buy something (if they catch you) or there's Golden Square! (Or the train that's what I'm doing!)
