......the car has locked itself......*looks for sobbing smilie*

I was good and kept calm but when we got home a blubbed like a baby :(:(:( I feel sooo guilty, even though I don't know how the car locked itself. It was just an accident and she's totally totally fine. And she's not mentally scarred for life :D

:( What a shock for you. As you say, no hatm done, and you know to be more careful with your keys next time, but you did very well to stay calm - not sure I would have managed it!

Button - re the diet coke, is it the caffiene you are addicted to? Probably best to tackle that and the ciggies one at a time rather than at the same time, but if you are trying to reduce costs a cup of instant is probably cheaper than coke?

Probably is the caffeine, I get a bit shaky and a sore head if I haven't had any all day, but I probably drink more than I crave if you know what I mean?

Whilst I adore the smell of coffee, I think it tastes horrible, same with tea! Plus that stains your teeth and because I smoke,I try to limit the amount of teeth staining things that go into my mouth. Doesn't really make sense because I'm sucking on cancer sticks, but it's my mad little head.

The pasta will get eaten, eventually.....at least I have a good stock if rationing happens hehehe.

I'm sick of smoking though, I hate every single puff I take, but my body craves for it, enough is enough though, sick of stinking like an ashtray, it's not nice, and it costs too much. I used to only smoke about 7 a day, somehow it's managed to triple, how? I don't know, I'm sure most of it is just habit, you do something specific, like walk to the shops, so you light up etc.

I never smoke in the same room as Keira, most of the time I go out into the stairs in this building, but at night when she's in bed, I'll hang out the kitchen window as those stairs are creepy at night, I'm sure the smell is lingering around the house but of course I can't smell it.

I will, will will stop. Costing over £150 a month  Whilst I can afford to smoke, it's not what I want to do anymore, I don't want to be dependent on something like that, I don't want Keira growing up seeing me scurrying off to smoke a sly cig when we are out, I hate that she knows what they are! Though she sees the no smoking signs in lifts etc and shouts "MUMMY NAUGHTY BAD!"

    Yep, I am naughty bad....

Plus, OH said if I stop, I can get my teeth whitened, they aren't yellow by any means, but not as white as they could be.

button just switching from cans to big bottles would save you money, and get that pasta eaten :p

When I do my big shop once a month, I do order a lot of Tesco's own brand diet coke, tastes fine and is a LOT cheaper, only thing is, OH likes the taste of that Diet coke (not coca cola brand) so he guzzles all my juice! How mean.

Do they have a program? I think a doctor has mentioned briefly about going into the chemist? Some people have told me to try the gum or patches, but tbh I'd rather just get it over and done with and not keep feeding the habit IYGWIM?

I'm dreading it, I didn't even used to be a heavy smoker, it was 1 or 2 a day,4 at the most, I'd get a head rush if I had any more than that, and now I'm like a chimney. I might aswell just set a fiver on fire everyday!

Yeah when your drinking it's bad, every 5 minutes I wanna light up, good part about that is, no smoking in clubs anymore (but jesus you can totally smell everyones bad breath and B.O)

My nana and her husband spend £50 a day on cigs, they smoke 80+ a day each. VERY bad habit.
