I braved the rain for you caz ;) It's a beco Organic Butterfly 2 in Sky colour :)

I tried it on there and although Alex was having none of any carrier business it was by far the most comfy of the ones I tried...
If the weather is nice tomorrow we'll try to take the dog out with madam strapped to the front of me :)

ETA - looked it up in the UK and it's a £95 sling! trust me to pick a really expensive sling!!!

Am I right to be miffed?

When my uncle had his son, I leant him Keira's moses basket + stand, and the door bouncer - I have never had it back. I finally spoke to him and he gave it to someone else. I NEVER TOLD HIM HE COULD KEEP IT! That moses basket and stand was never used by Keira, and cost £100! I'm raging! I might like another child one day!

There is no 'fore milk' and 'hind milk' but the milk changes constantly throughout a feed. the softer your breasts the fattier the milk so the end of the feed when baby isn't really sucking but has the little sucks that feel like butterfly wings are when the really fatty milk is coming through and this is also when your body gets lots of signals to increase supply...

MFD, was it Lesley or Lorna who told you the 3 course meal theory? ;)

My baby has been a good girl today, only a small amount of crying... We put her in the bath with Aimee earlier and she absolutely loved it, was grinning like a cheshire cat and kicking her legs all over the place, was so lovely to watch! She was also grinning at me while I read Aimee's bedtime story... Although she wouldn't smile for hubby... I think she was punishing him for leaving us today and going to work!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

Totally. I'd be very tempted to say so to him as well. How annoying!

His kid never used that basket either so it was pretty much unused, I'd not of sold it or anything because some people are a bit funny about 2nd hand, nevermind 3rd. It's the principal.

Was a gorgeous winnie the pooh white laced one. I've actually been considering the idea of another kid lately, i feel broody but then I want to go to college next year so it's probably not the best time.

    Grrr

pinkpig - so sorry to hear about your dog *hugs* I've had dogs all my life and it's so sad when they have to leave us. Take care xx

Button - I'd be mad too. My Mam had a beautiful Silver Cross pram when me and my brother were little. She wanted to keep it for grandchildren but loaned it to my Dad's sister when they had children. Once they were finished with it, my Uncle kept bragging about how much he sold it for and my Mam was hopping mad.

My Mam usually just has the children mornings while I work as she works afternoons. She had the day off today and said she would keep them all day as she wanted to take them to the swimming baths. Charlotte has had no sleep this afternoon as she was hyper and my Mam couldn't understand why. After she left, Joshua explained he thinks Charlotte didn't sleep this afternoon as my Mam let her have a bottle of blue Powerade out of the vending machine
Here I go again on my own....
