    I'm off to dry my hair and go to bed, wish me luck for my pr-op tomorrow (and another dose of steroids so more crankyness and hot flushes)... what is a pre-op anyway? Will they weigh me and tut over how fat I am then ring out a list of dangers? I don't want to hear any negatives, think I will just say I know them all but right now I need to be in Lala land so shut it.
