How's it going so far? How is Daniel? BF? FF? Sleeping? Windy? How's his poops?
    MFD xxx

    Hi MFD x

Its going really good - he is FF, tried to BF in hospital, but he wasn't getting enough sugar probably due to him having far too much when I was pregnant with him  FF seemed to work and I did beat myself up about it at first, but if that's what works for him then so be it.

He seems to be in a bit of a routine, where he has 1hr nap at 11.30pm and then another 1hr nap at 3.30pm, he then goes to bed at 7.30pm and sleeps through till around 5.00am ish has a quick feed and then goes back off till 9am - at least I am getting more sleep now so don't feel as much of a zombie :D

I do get a nice lie-in once a weekend when DH gets up and gives the early feed - although I have to wake him up to get up (good job I can go back to sleep quickly)

Poops - well he only does it once or twice a day but it fills his nappy - todays was a lovely green colour - tmi I know :p

Sounds like my 5 year old!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Sounds like he is a dream baby dora (can I call you dora? we have a 3 here and I am easily confuzzled!!). I am liking your attitude :D

You need to have something to whinge about though...I am sure we will find it ;)

Green poop can be a sign of not getting enough milk...although it can also be a sign of a slight tummy upset or nothing at all  isn't having babies fun!!

    Is Daniel your first?

My 4yr old is the same, I have been farted on 3 times today, as has the baby (meaning me). Right as I was trying to get a sneaky nap on the sofa too!

    Hi All, :hello:

I have been lurking around for the past couple of days and you all seem like thoroughly nice people and would like to join you if you'll let me?

I am Charlotte (or everyone calls me Charlie), 27 and mum to Daniel Paul born on 21/04/09 weighing a mighty 6lb 12,5 oz (was told he would be huge due to my gestational diabetes). He now weighs a whopping 14lb 2oz :rotfl:
Hi Charlie  welcome along, I'd love to write more but I have a very shouty baby right now

I have nothing to talk about either...I don't know what I fill my posts up with

You will probably end up as the most talkative one on here.

What did you do pre-baby? Are you going back to work? Are you planning no.2 already?
