What did you do pre-baby? Are you going back to work? Are you planning no.2 already?

Pre-baby? I've forgotten! Other than working in a mind numbing job not much, I will be going back unfortunately, but not until January and not full time unless I win the lottery and then they can stuff it :rotfl:

No 2 isn't being planned just yet, but I come from a large family so want them close together. Ideally I would like 3, and I seem to have got DH on board too he's an only child and doesn't want his children to grow up bored like he was!

MFD Benjamin has a great birthdate - that's mine too

    xx

    Welcome Skinty and congrats.

Love the BS very interesting reading. I also found your pic of the placenta fascinating. I didnt see mine either, if I had I would have been inclined to kick it around the theatre, the trouble it caused me!!!!!!
(or maybe a few slaps as I couldnt move my legs)

Im still expressing and have managed to remove a few lumpy bits from my boobs which feels like progress. I've managed to proper BF for about 5 mins a couple of times as well, so im not sure if it is all over after all. Mastitis is a nightmare, I thought the Thrush was bad but yesterday really broke me. Needless to say im feeling much better, DH has done the last 3 night feeds and I almost feel human again.

Im always too scared to have Cliodhna sleep beside me incase I roll on top of her or DH slaps her in his sleep as he has been known to do to me  which he always insists he has never done!!

I was wakened also in hospital to feed Cliodhna at 3.00am, to which I replied no chance!!! The nurse only went away when I agreed I wouldn't let her sleep for more than 5 hours, luckily she woke me before the nurse had another chance to.
