Evening all ... quiet here because we have been busy working out what we are going to buy from Ikea on Saturday (this unit, with a few extra bits) to make the place a bit more baby-proof. And finding a new stereo that takes up less space. :T:T:T

And we have Chineese. And a boozy drink. And Midsummer Murders. Also have a kitchen/living room to continue sorting in the breaks, but I'm getting to the end of energy for the evening.

Hypothetical question.. ;) If someone bought you a present for baby and you really didn't like it, what would you do? With the present, I mean..

I would take it back to the shop it came from and exchange it for something I liked....not that I've ever done this:whistle:

all this talk of long term relationships :o i'm 24 and OH is 25. i met OH in september 2007 :o i was already pregnant with seth before we'd been together a year! we were engaged after 3 months together and living together after 5 months. looking back it was all a bit rushed but it was meant to be so its ok :D
having said that, he does infuriate me, but then i dont think thats anything you could relate to the length of a relationship, i think as time has gone on we have gotten on each others nerves more :rotfl: tonight he announced that he wants me to ring the landlady and ask if we can pay our rent 10 days later than our contract says on a regular basis so that he can have a month off paying it cos he gets paid the last day of the month  why not just ring himself if he's that bothered??

lots of gutbaggy babies tonight ;)

mrstine, i hope he takes some notice of you - i've lost count of the amount of times i've had that convo with my OH  he now stays up til 2am on the nights before his days off playing xbox cos it gives him a bit of peace and quiet to do it, or he waits til i go out. if he plays when i'm in, the rule is if seth cries its his job ;)

laybird, i LOVE that unit, would love something like that here, need something with drawers and doors to stop sandwiches getting fed into the dvd player and xbox at some point in the not so distant future...!

What if I can hazard a good guess where it came from but I don't know for sure? It's something you can get anywhere but I think this one was bought from Asda.
