:hello:Hi Rose I'm here :D just been doing things off my list  & then having to rest because I've done too much :o How are you now?
Hello! I'm ok, still a bit rough but better than last week. Phoned the doc and she said it could be swine flu, but might not be, she couldn't really say as I don't have a fever. So that's alright then.
Glad to see you are resting, it's hard to get the balance right isn't it between doing things and not over doing it. Take care sweetie :A

Morgan, a lot of us on here have the black dog, so feel free to post when you are suffering as we understand. Glad to have you joining in – I know myself that when things are rough depressionwise and I don’t feel like doing anything just trying to do level one is enough for me, but it makes me feel like I’ve achieved something, instead of sitting around all day in a daze (as I am prone to do if I don’t force myself to do something). Well done on the filing and the bathroom cabinets, they sound like big jobs. Hope you feel better soon

    Greenbee, hope you feel better

Hugs Orkney and Neveah and Holly - hope that things are ok

Glad to hear you have met a nice man Pigpen, about time something nice happened to you

    Hugs Helen

Valli you are so funny! :rotfl::rotfl:

Thifty welcome back and good news about the house viewings

Soappie your lamb shank sounds lovely. We have taken a huge risk with WDYTYA – Midsomer is recording and we are watching Dragon’s Den, we are really hoping that WDYTYA is repeated next week! We really don’t want to miss it, but thought that was the most likely to be repeated out of the 3 programmes we wanted to watch

Serena, the fruit of your labours looks delicious, you should be proud of all your hard work

DH has done some flying today - he's washed up and cooked dinner. I've put away some dry washing and washing up and still have to hang out the wet washing but doing things in very slow stages with long rests in between

Hope Natty is ok and that her DH is looking after her properly

frodders- there is hope there out there. Exh to be honest is a good man, we just made each other miserable in the end. He's (ex) even now 4 years year on giving me half of his pension, cos he feels guilty that I never 'needed one' - his words. I could of taken him for loads (half of a very good business etc) but did'nt as wanted good relationship cos of kids and us all being in the same village
My lovely DH is just that, so take heart xx

ooh and he was even good enough to pay me £800 for the girls as I was self-employed at the time and on carp money

Evening all, I'm still around. Funnily enough I'm feeling a bit perkier now, although this afternoon/early evening and went to bed for 4 hours and slept for England. I did some hoovering earlier and boy did I suffer for it, hence the reason I went to bed. I've taken my paracetamol for tonight to help me sleep tonight.

Regarding DH helping me, well I think hell has a better chance of freezing over before he helps me. He doesn't do poorly, or anyone around him poorly.

Hoping to be able to do a bit of housework tomorrow, or at least some ironing. My pile is getting bigger and bigger by the day..lol

Err flying wise I have just decluttered some raspberry instant whip with redcurrants and blueberries sprinkled on..

    *Hugs to everyone*

Evening all, not much flying being done here unfortunately! Been ill today so have only just made a start on the dailies. 4 people in my office off with Swine Flu but I think mine is just a bug - I have been sick since yesterday and a headache but no other symptoms so will go into work tomorrow.

Also have been making my first nappy cake for a girl who is going off on maternity leave on Fri - why I ever volunteered when I am the least crafty person I will never know.

Asssignment due in on Friday too so will be working on that.

Hugs to all, off to finish off a little bit of flying and get started on some studying x xx

well it took me 2 hours to catch up and I didnt thank everyone as I could do it quicker without I'm afraid and I still have 1 suitcase on our bed to sort out.
thanks to all those who sent me good wishes about the viewings,

there seems to be lots of sf suffers, hugs to you all and all black dog sufferers, can really relate to that. I had a really bad time last year in Bridlington, wanted to walk into sea and end it all, was the tipping point which made me go and seek help. I am now discharged from nurse and doctors and felt very empowered going back to same place and feeling great about my family, myself and life in general. Anyway,,, my list
