I've hung out 2 loads of washing.

    Swept kitchen floor

    Thrown a binbag full out

Gathered most of my piles of paperwork to go through or rather attempt to go through later.

Waiting for the council as they have a large rubbish collection day today so we can dispose of DD2 old bed and some other junk out of the back garden.

  • How did you get on Penny?

    I did:

    washed up
    wiped up
    washed up again
collected my dirty washing from upstairs -not yet ventured into the R'sOD aka kids rooms
put drain clearer down bath plug hole
put bath mats and dish clothes in the WM
taken hanging clothes up stairs before rail falls over

off to make another cup of tea - tear myself away from Journey album I am listening to and go into the garden for 45 mins. I need to hang out 2 lots of washing on the line and also mix up weed killer before I start - so that should give me 30 mins actual weeding time.

    Morning all,

Well we are back safely although driving down the A9 in a down pour is not one I wish to repeat too often. Have had a great time on the farm and been spoilt by my aunt, uncle and all cousins. Had an interesting start had been there for nearly 15 mins when the farmhouse was hit by lightning - took out the phone line but fortunately elec was okay - phone line was fixed on tues but my cousin lost her broadband box so is waiting on a new one fortunately my aunt switches things off at the wall all the time so her box was okay.

Havent had time for a catch up here but Jo hungs hun think you did the right thing last night wine & a friend - hope the hangover is not too bad today.

Apart from washing, shopping & gardening I am not going to do much monday will come around soon enough. Going to dundee tomorrow ssl will give you a text or FB message later, looks like its a family outing as kids & OH want to go swimming.

Off to shower and then shop, will be back later.
