Cheers, well thats my thinking, i must have a 50/50 chance so i may as well let it go to dispute and then only refund if i have to.

Having just had a quick squint through the Buyer Protection Policy, it seems that he has to return it to you at his own expense if Paypal agree that it's "significantly not as described".

If you dont accept delivery of a returned item the tracking never shows it has been delivered and the buyer never gets a refund ;-)

I would always caution posters to make sure they are comfortable with revealing their ebay id before they show auction numbers. In many cases seeing the actual auction serves no real purpose and as I personally picked up a stalker probably from a forum like this, I would always suggest that people think very carefully about revealing their id generally.

Obviously in some situations seeing the actual auction is necessary, but in other cases where the problem is not really connected it may not be as useful to post it.

im just asking to see it to find out which box he was selling, Because if it was a UFS TORNADO and say you linked to a spec for one with HWK, then you are selling a fake because it would not have HWK support, Obviously the price you brought for wouldnt be a ufs unless you were robbed blind lol,

you can pm me the auction if you like,

The op said he bought it from an authorised uk dealer so i highly doubt it is a fake.

Then the buyer would say the item was not as described (as the description would be wrong) not fake surely
