I too have just been caught out by this! I was charged £150, I admit I didn't check the T&C but I really think there should be something on the page to warn you or at least one of those boxes that you have to tick to say you've read them. Trading standards say that it's legal but crafty.0

You could try kicking up a STINK about this if you want."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
With regard to all previous posts on this subject - unfortunately I also got scammed out of £150. I rang VIV3 (the company concerned) and was told that I should've cancelled the subscription (which I didn't know I'd signed up for) within 15 days or else you get charged for the 'free' sample that you have already recieved!! I rang my credit card company and they're going to send me forms that will hopefully get my cash back.
I feel an absolute idiot for being caught out by this and it's some relief that I'm not the only numpty around0 -

current savings: 20,500 (target hit yippee!)
Debts: 8000 (student loan so doesnt count)

You think you're going to sell it to them like that? You've got to dress it up a bit: For foot pump say "Patented Ionic Fluid Transport System". The soap will definitely need to contain some herbs and essential oils, the word 'detox' and at least one exotic plant no one has ever heard of. Oh and that hose better be "in tune with the body's harmonic resonance" or it'll never get anywhere near a sphincter!0 -
