Jo, you just detailed the argument between angel and demon pefectly...exactly what I go through. Your posts have a definete up beat, lightness about them recently.

Now I have a little dream, posted it on my diary, a nice little villa in Barbados some day, for when I'm a Granny (not wishing my life away here) was a dream of DH's too. I'm not gonna get there on the last dregs of the Christmas whisky feeling sorry for myself re car/DS2/ or anything else I want to whinge about. Get rid of these addictions, get out of debt and learn to live again.

I found this thread a few weeks ago & have been AF ever since..has made a real difference knowing that I am not alone trying to beat the cravings....hmmm plus I think the thought of YM`s scary eyes was enough for me too!!!:D:D

Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday , I went shopping & then got all cosy with Marian Keyes book and then never got a chance to get back in here.

I felt ok yesterday, just a bit tired. I was just a bit disappointed that I had given in to the wine on Friday evening. The stupid thing was I didn't really want the wine . Just felt I needed a reward after a stressful week. Old habits die hard . Anyways I am still well within my target of 20 days ( will be on 11 by tonight ) so am not going to worry too much about it.

I have not yet read back through yesterdays posts so hope you are ok:A
