Jo - that sounds delish. I have been picking some black berries so going to cook them with some sugar and serve with ice cream. If I feel like making pancakes (thin one mind) tomorrow then the rest can be served with them.

DD has been driving me nuts today. I have about billion and one times told her off from teasing dogs (especially mine who is 15 years old and getting fragile) and when I took her to town she was running around and I was afraid I will a) lose her b) she gets hit by the car and I turned into a monster mum. Taking her to grocery shopping wasn't helping my irritable mood either. I will do her a quick snack with some of the pudding and put her to bed and then enjoy x-factor until BF is back and we can have supper together.

So YM it will be no 12 for me but the way I am going I feel that 13 is not going to be my lucky number. I was driving back from town today and was thinking that if I don't get a drink I will kill somebody  I didn't think that my situation was quite that bad.

Hope Jo's got plenty of room!

P.S. All I have got for tonight is a bacon sarnie and cloudy lemonade.

7/30 AF tonight. Felt very depressed today about drinking the previous 2 nights and ensuing bread/crisp binge which cancelled out all the hard work on the wii fit! Still, at least I didn't have a vodka to "perk me up".

  • I managed 100 miles today, all over the peaks. 8 Hours, 9 minutes.

My legs, bum, tender bits, hands, lungs, fingers, shoulders and spine feel like they belong to someone else. I think it's my body's way of saying "if you could actually feel how much it hurt, you'd pass out"

Am going to drag myself into the shower now. Well, try to anyway.

    :)
