Hi gien,

I actually got a bottle of red grape shloer....just for my `wobbly` moments. Seems to be working to help divert the cravings. I am getting to the point now ( after total 13 days) that I am actually not thinking about a drink in the evening...strangely enough I used to drink to calm the stress....but with no drink I am stressing less!!

Rambling on again....see you all later....I`m off to cut the grass whilst the sun is still shining.:D

Hello,

Big banging of bells here. And the annoying thing is that there is no good reason for it. Actually I was trying very hard to find a reason and couldn't find a solid one. Only way I was able to keep myself out of the shop was to promise myself that if BF needs to work this weekend and I won't go and spend weeked with him then tomorrow I am allowed to buy a bottle of sherry. So now I need to tackle the situation again tomorrow. In the meanwhile I will stuff myself with chips and chicken kiev. My diet is very rubbish food orientated suddenly

It seems that I am going to head to BF's tomorrow despite him working. I shall take my laptop with me with all the paper work and hopefully get my spreadsheet busting done while he is at work, my DD allowing (need to pack some DVDs with us)
