Evening,
Scotland are playing footie tonight too - great atmosphere in town today with loads of Dutch fans kitted out in their orange wigs etc. They always seem such a lovely friendly bunch.
Had a very small glass of red wine tonight - just fancied a taste. No more in house so 100% safe.
Hope everyone's doing well.
xx
PS Budgie - finally got round to watching X Factor on i-player last night, Lucie was amazing!0 -

Hello all
Another 1 for me please YM
Been so busy with kids starting school not had chance to get on laptop since Mon morning but was AF monday night as well as Sunday....always pleased with myself when I do a couple in a row........unfortunately I then always give myself a pat on the back for doing so well and reward myself the next night with a big glass of wine!Only had 2 glasses last night and same tonight so not too bad, with DS1 now at high school have to be up much earlier than im used to so having too much is not even an option on a week night any more, If I have any less than 8 hours sleep a night I turn into my username
Hope everyones ok and enjoyed the footie....I have no choice but to watch it as in this house we watch every football/cricket/tennis/rugby/grand prix match thats on...... thats living with 3 males for you  (I am the least sportiest person ever to walk the earthbut put up with it pretty well !)

Another for me YM, have no idea where the bells are cos I've not really heard em since Sunday
it's odd cos I had a really vivid dream Sunday night about going to see a medium/spiratual woman and she was contacted by my dad who said that he was worried about my drinking and wished that he could be alive and well and be able to look after me. I got very emotional and thought that maybe this woman was tricking me, but she said some stuff that was personal that she wouldn't know. I told her to tell my dad that I wanted a sign that he was watching, I said I wanted his help in quitting the drink cos I couldn't do it by myself. Then I woke up.
Not had a craving since:eek:
