    Ok chums, your mission...should you choose to accept it :cool:

    My soft drink of choice is milk. Love the stuff. Unfortunately, I now have to 'moderate' my dairy intake :o so.........

    I need a new drink (there's only so much fruit juice you can have). Preferably healthy, non-fizzy, simple to make ('pour' is the ideal set of instructions :D) and tasty!!

    Your suggestions please.......

    Not sure of the skateboad though :eek: I once went roller blading with my Ds, (many years ago) I mean: I took my life into my own hands and kinda got stuck rigid to a spot as I hung on for dear life and then some.

    A distant memory but still the trauma remains :eek:
