Hi Everyone.....this is night 8 AF....LOL must be getting old....tucked up with my horlicks at 10.30 !!!....& its heaven!!

YM..emergency? would that be spilling coffee on the keyboard, 5 minutes late for `lunch` ( or whatever it is called on nightshifts)...or worse still server down & no internet!!!:eek: ( I have found that later of those `emergencies` to be by far the worst thing that can happen in the workplace!:D:D:D)

    PIR...job will be fine Hun.

Jo....I have this mental image of you absailling down my old employers building in Canary Wharf.:D:D.....I have not done any actual climbing ( proper rock face stuff) but plenty of scrambing up & down rocky outcrops when walking...it looks good fun.

    40SM 12 hour shift...sleep well!

Maman nevermind the non AF-ness tonight..tempation will always be just around the corner. Tomorrows another day ....( why do people say that....of course it is another day!!)

GP & Mrs GP....good call with the blood donating & platelet thing. :T:T Just reminded me I must go again.

Well done everyone else....had a busy day here & I think the horlicks is starting to work as I`m rambling again.

    Night

Another AFD - lots of bells and my DH opened a bottle of red wine but I stuck to tea and ironing. So, YM that's 5 for me now (I think, I've had three alcohol days).

    Feeling pleased,
    good night everyone.

    Morning all

OMG I am so so exhausted this morning 1219_tired_smiley_drinking_coffee.gif I opened my eyes and laid there for a minute trying to recall how much I had actually drunk, then realised that I hadn't drunk any at all :j:j:j

Anyway, running very late this morning due to finding mould on BOTH loves of bread  (shop bought not freshly made :D) this morning and turning the kitchen upside down to find summat for DS for lunch. Luckily bought crusty rolls last night to have with our dinner so had one of those left, but have nothing for me to take so I'll have to get a school dinner   :D

Lurks, enjoy the 'do' tonight ;) x

Better dash, catch up properly later xx

JO - just shave the mould off...I have in the past and OH has never known the difference!:rotfl:

Sat here waiting for Mum to arrive - she said Dad would drop her off before work (about 7.45) but she has just rung to say Dad has decided to have the day off (oh to be the boss eh!?) so they are running slightly late. He's going to spend most of the day at the Kennels doing odd-jobs whilst Mums with me. Be quite nice as I'm assuming he's taking thier remaining dog with him so me and Mum can get out and about if we want to!

Piglet still asleep after having a disturbed night. Our fault, we decided to turn the oven on after cleaning it. Some of the stuff had dripped through to the bottom and started smoking - set smoke alarm off and woke him up at 10.30pm! Oven hastily switched back off. Will have to leave it to burn off at some point though! God, I hate ovens........

Still, managed to stay AF last night (thanks Fay....or should I say Yoda??).

So 7 for me please YM!!

I'm away to brush my hair before Mum and Dad arrive! Have good mornings all

Really quick, but it's eight for me as well. I'm functioning much better all round and that can only be a good thing - it's worth it.

Have a good 'un everyone and keep at it :).

    Take care
