Hello everybody, can I come out to play with you? I have lurked on this thread for quite a long time but this is my first post. I have decided to have an alcohol free September and am winning so far. I did this
last year for a month and it made such a difference. Although not overweight I still lost weight but what I noticed most was a fresher
complexion, no bloat, and more energy. Since then, the wine bells have been tolling and the drinking level has increased. So its time to have a break. My aim this month is to rest my pickled liver, save money and get down to 8st. You are all so inspirational on here:T
YM - can you please add me to September's challenge 0/30 please0 -
Danger time approaching - finish at 1 & have to go to village shop on way home....went in this morning but The Slow Lady works on a Fri, any queue of more than one makes me late for work & there were 3 people waiting  so I do have to pop in on my way home....& it's licenced...& I'm feeling weak. Mainly cos it's Friday. Always was my "big night" rather than Sat; 30 yrs of habit die hard.
Need strong vibes to STEP AWAY from the wine shelf.0 -
Hi MrsJC & welcome, & good luck. (8 stone? sorry, not sure I'm speaking to you, unless you're 4'6")0

Hi MrsJC - I'm quite new on here too and I really find it helps with my AF days - kinda don't want to let the side down and get a buzz out of posting an AF day the next morning.
Anyhoo - WELCOME! (not shouting WB:D) and good luck with the September challenge!Amount saved by cutting down on  since 24/08/2009....... :j£81.78:j0
