  • Morning all!

Just popping in to say I managed to stay AF last night (for that's 3/30 for me please YM).

It was hard doing the 3rd day in a row AF for years, but I actually found it was the prospect of an AF evening that was worse than the actual reality (anyone else find this)? - by the time the kids were in bed and we'd had our evening meal, it was absolutely fine.:j

Must say though - I'm looking forward to being allowed a drink this evening though - it certainly has worked, making it a treat, rather than an everyday occurence.

    Hope all are well?

    ditto.

Feeling very :(:(:( altogether this morning, was sat up in bed in tears at 4.30am  so it's gonna be a huge struggle later, esp as it's Friday. Reading through on here has cheered me up a bit though, thanks you lot!

  • Oh WB, So sorry to hear your feeling down. I sometimes feel like that after the first few days of " abstinence ". I think coping with everyday life without jumping into a bottle of wine is hard:confused::confused:. Stay on here , have a laugh, make us laugh . It can only get better :D

    (((hugs)))
