    2 AFD's now for me - was tempted by a glass of win last night but stuck with diet pop and a coffee!
    MS tea tonight and have to buy a glass of wine - so that is the plan tonight but working all weekend so may have an AF weekend
    well done everyine on track - and thanks all for the lovely and entertaining posts

    Another AFD yesterday, that was the first consecutive pair of AFD's I can remember in quite a while, and it included a curry for tea.
    Going for the hat-trick tonight, and have a proper "take it or leave it" feel so very confident!
