My quick update here. A fairly mediocre month - I'm going to close August with 13 alcohol free days. :(

Coming soon...the GreyPilgrim 100 day extreme challenge.

    :hello:Hi everyone,

How are we all today? I myself am sooooooo tired, I did intend to go to the gym but sadly it stayed a thought in my head and not in reality.

However I am on my 5th glass of organic ginger cordial and soda water  can't drink as no alcohol in the house and Mr BB is out in my car. We are down to one as we have taken Mr BB's off the road until he finds employment, as part of our cost cutting regime. So to our adorable Miss P and of course Dear Piglet I am on 18 af days please when you next do the list. Thankyou so much for scoring August and well done on your achievements so far :A You probably did the best thing today and stayed away from the outlaws (Jo's saying). It would have done you no favours to get wound up by them. Hugs and thankyou again. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Jo hunny I do feel for you and I wish I could stop the blinking bells clanging. I have also thought of maybe some wine but I have resisted though I fear I shall overdose soon on Ginger Cordial. BUT :naughty: YOU REALLY MUST EAT PROPERLY. I am worried you get by on so little food, please do try and take better care of yourself. I am thinking of you mate and I hope you will be ok? Come on you can do this you are our little star :A Extra big hugs and lots of love. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Fedup well sweetheart you have so made me smile :A armed and dangerous indeed. Though seriously watch out or you will have our lovely YM after your microfibre cloth, I have a feeling it could be his new fetish :rotfl:Hugs hunny, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

YM only joking mate but we all know how you like to clean ;) (Hey we are only all envious of Mrs Ym). Btw the new avvie has my approval ;) Big hugs and you are a diamond you know :A xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Honey B you have also changed your avvie, its more a saucey dancing bear now. You have shed your reserved image. Have a good BH, hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

FAY, how are you sweetheart? You seem to be very quiet at the moment  Hope you are doing ok? Hugs and please pop in soon. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Cazza sweetheart, so glad to hear that things are going well for you, but please don't become complacent. I went 6 months without a drink then started to introduce it again, it soon creeps back in. As Ra says its: "Cunning and powerful". Sorry just trying to help :o But yes you are doing so well and it seems that you are now enjoying life more? Well done to you and keep it up, you are doing fab :A xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Ps your partner sound to be very nice and supportive. (())

Pricey hugs sweetheart and don't put yourself down, well done on achieving your target, many struggle to do so. So very well done to you :T Hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

40sm alls I can say is that your earlier post made me blush :o I have seen you in a very different light. More 40sm vixen ;) Hugs hunny xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Yes sweetheart it is getting late and you will be upset with yourself tomorrow if you give in now. Please think of the self sabotage and resist the urge. Imagine how pleased you will be with yourself tomorrow morning. Break the cycle of getting up and as you put it: "feeling crap". Go Jo you can do this 100%. Just buy extra chocolate. Hugs hunny xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Jo, If you go to the shop be strong and dont buy any alcohol, you CAN do it x
Just been catching up with you all, I love this board, whenever I notice my drinking creaping back up I head straight over here. Spend a few hours catching up with the posts and this brings back all the old feelings of determination and I know I can do it.
I am AF tonight, which is the first time in the school holidays.
