    Hi there HB

Are you aiming for abstinence or cutting down?? If you are going for cutting down then you have the choice about whether to go and buy a bottle. No-ones going to beat you up about it.

If you are going for abstinence then stay strong!! Find something active to do to take your mind off it.

    Good luck!

    Miss P

Funny word, that - is it some Londonism that we don't use up here??? ;)

    Actually, it's Scottish! :p

    Hi there Miss P

I'm cutting down & aiming not to have a bottle of wine a night habit!

Clearly I'm not going to hit my target for this month but I am happy with the fact I'm now factoring in AF days & not always draining a bottle to the dregs within a few hours of opening.

YM, I see you're doing the Sept GC, how come you spent £23 of it already and it's still August?

I might be being stupid but what's GC?

You must live in the same area of London as me as they're really loud in my flat!

Ignore them Jo. Do anything, Dance or put on a CD. The bells come in waves just try to ride them out and the gaps between the urges will get longer and the bells will sound less and less. You done it with the smoking so come on. You CAN do it :D
