Yuk..... I feel tired and sluggish today. Went out with friends for a meal last night and drank full bottle of wine....havent got a hangover but was really hard to get up out of bed, whereas monday and Tuesday mornings I got up no problem!Had always put my inability to get up well down to me 'not being a morning person' but on reflection I imagine its the wine.
Going to try and have another AFD today as could be the last chance until Monday, think i will always struggle with the idea of being AF on a Fri or Sat....its been ingrained in me since a teenager thats what they are for
Also found on Monday that if I can hold off opening the wine whilst Im cooking by the time Ive eaten my meal I dont fancy a drink! So only between 7 and 8.30ish is danger time (the time I'll usually sink three quarters of a bottle ) Remember somebody else said this the other day....cant remember who though...
Anyway best get up off bum now.....hope everyone is well today
Stroppy xx
Sounds like a hangover to me. Not a headache, but feeling tired, and sluggish after drink lots of alcohol is usually a hangover.0 -

To the point as ever GC, & quite right too. I never (well, rarely) get headaches or nausea, just that "jaded" feeling. I can't remember the last time I felt....REALLY WELL.0 -
