DB~sounds painful! My Grandfather died from gout. Back in the olden days of course. I'm not saying that'll happen to you X
Jo~how are you babe? I know you say that you don't want to write the same old stuff on here. But we are here for you (((hugs))) Maybe getting it all written down will make you feel better.
Caz~I know you must feel really down about what happened. But what's done is done. Best not to look back.

Back again with a clear head (that's 2 out of 2 AFs so far for me:j). That's the first time I've been AF for 2 consecutive days for at least 3 years!!!
Really quite like this feeling and sleeping loads better.
Won't be AF tonight as going out for a rare drink with a mate (so didn't plan AF day today). The good thing is I'm looking forward to it even more cos it's not "just another night on the booze" and I'm actually hoping to take it steady as I like the clear head feeling too much.
BTW really impressed with how good and honest people are on here - for those that haven't hit their target - just think about what it was like when you had no target and no AF days - every AF day is a job well done in my book:T:T:T:T
Luvin it here....:D:D:DAmount saved by cutting down on  since 24/08/2009....... :j£81.78:j0 -
